AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY-D DOOR IS JAMMED. FLIGHT ATTENDANT STUCK IN LAVATORY. FOUND UPPER DOOR ROLLER OUT OF TRACK, REINSTALLED DOOR INTO TRACK AND ALL CHECKS NORMAL. PER MM 25-40-00.
