AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT FLASHLIGHT UNDER JUMP SEAT IN AFT GALLEY WAS DISCOVERED IN THE ON POSITION DURING PREFLIGHT,  INDICATOR SHOWS BATTERY IS NOT FULLY CHARGED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PER AMM 25-60-00.
