AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: GIRT BAR LATCH ON 1L IS STUCK. MAINTENANCE REMOVED, CLEANED, LUBRICATED AND RE-INSTALLED LOWER AFT GIRT BAR FITTING PER AMM 52-11-00. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
