AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 2R FLASHLIGHT HOLDER / BRACKET BROKEN AND NOT HOLDING THE FLASHLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT ASSEMBLY (WHICH IN INCLUDED THE BRACKET) PER AMM 25-63-00.
