AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE ILLUMINATED ON TAXI OUT. ANTI-SKID LIGHT STAYS ILLUMINATED EVEN WITH THE SYSTEM TURN OFF. CHANGED AACU AND FAULT MESSAGES APPEAR STILL.  (OPEN).
