AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: UPON LANDING WITH AUTOBRAKE 3, BRAKES DID NOT ACTIVATE AND THE DISARM LIGHT ILLUMINATED, SPOILERS WERE SLOW TO DEPLOY, AND POWER WANTED TO COME BACK UP TO FLIGHT IDLE.   (OPEN).
