AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY PANEL LIGHT BENEATH SEAT 25C INOPERATIVE. REMOVE AND REPLACED  LIGHT ASSEMBLY. PER AMM 33-51-11. OPERTIONAL CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
