AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD SERVICE DOOR SLIDE FABRIC LOOSE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO ARM AND DISARM SLIDE. ADJUSTED FABRIC ON SLIDE AND LUBED LATCH. OPERTIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
