MAINTENANCE FOUND GIRTBAR MATERIAL / STRAP FOLDED INCORRECTLY AND REFOLDED IT PER TASK CARD 26L0002510 WHICH ALLOWED THE GIRTBAR TO LOCK INTO THE FLOOR FITTING PROPERLY.
