AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CENTER TANK FUEL QUANTITY INDICATOR ONCE AGAIN BLANKED IN FLIGHT. FUEL TOTALIZER SUBSEQUENTLY BLANKED AS WELL. FUEL QUANTITY IN CENTER TANK WAS 0 JUST BEFORE INDICATOR BLANKING.  (OPEN).
