## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ENGINE 2 FUEL FILTER CLOG MESSAGE ASSOCIATED WITH MEL 73-09 CONTINUOUSLY CYCLES ON AND OFF PRODUCING ECAM WITH MASTER CAUTION. TOO DISTRACTING FOR SAFE FLIGHT. GOING OFF DURING CRITICAL PHASES OF FLIGHT TAKEOFF AND CONTINUOUSLY DURING APPROACH. MANINTENANCE REPLACED THE #2 ENGINE FUEL FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY LEAK / OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 73-34-15.
