## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. BOTTOM OF DOOR IS JAMMING AGAINST THE FLOOR WHEN FULLY CLOSED. FOUND SCREW HEAD PROTRUDING UP ON THRESHOLD CAUSING DOOR TO CATCH ON SCREW. TIGHTENED SCREW. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
