AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: REPEAT ITEM SEAT 21C EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT IS DETACHED FROM BOTTOM OF SEAT. REMOVE AND REPLACED SEAT 21C EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT. PER CMM 25-23-67. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
