AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: NUMBER 3 HORSESHOE BULLNOSE PANEL IS MISSING EMERGENCY LIGHT. REPLACED MISSING  NUMBER 3 HORSESHOE BULLNOSE PANEL EMERGENCY LIGHT LOCATED ABOVE SEAT ROW 23. PER AMM 33-22-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
