AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE WHEN CLOSED AND FLIGHT DECK ACCESS SYSTEM IS NOT ENGAGED. LUBRICATED FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
