AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR 4R MANUAL INFLATION HANDLE IS. EXPOSED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED GVI OF DOOR/SLIDE. FOUND STRAP SAFETY BARRIER STICKING OUT OF DOOR FRAME. STOWED STRAP AS REQUIRED.
