AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: PIECES OF THE EVACUATION SLIDE ARE STICKING OUT OF THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE PACK. FOUND VELCRO SKIRT NOT ATTACHED AND REATTACHED. PER AMM 25-66-01.
