AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ACRID SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK. ACCOMPLISHED CARD 08L00021001. FOUND TCAS AND ATC PANEL PRODUCING ACRID ODOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED PANEL, PER AMM 34-53-03.
