AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 23C EMERGENCY LIGHT PULLED OFF.  CHECKED AND VERIFIED SEAT 23C EMERGENCY INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT HOUSING PER AMM 33-51-11. LIGHTS TEST GOOD.
