AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN WITH HANDLE ON THE DOOR FROM INSIDE OF THE FLIGHT DECK IT ONLY OPEN WITH FLIGHT DECK DOOR SWITCH. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED TOP LATCH MECHANISM PER AMM 52-51-21.
