AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 22C SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTING INOP.  MAINTENANCE REPAIRED WIRE BETWEEN SEAT 22C AND 23C IAW  ESPM 20-43-11 .
