AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: NUMBER 3 TIRE DAMAGED, FOUND THE WHEEL WITH PLIES SEPARATED, CARCASS INTACT STILL. AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY LANDED SAFELY AT YYZ. REMOVE AND REPLACED NUMBER 3 MLG WHEEL ASSEMBLY.
