AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LEFT GALLEY OVEN BEEPING AND HOT WHEN NOT ON. COULD SMELL FROM THE FLIGHT DECK.   REPLACED FIRST CLASS OVEN NUMBER 1 PER AMM 25-32-03.
