AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SOF EVENT.  VERY STRONG SMELL OF SWEATY MUSTY SOCKS DURING GROUND OPERATIONS AND THE DESCENT PHASE.  SMELL WAS PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK.  SMELL DISSIPATED WITH PACKS OFF.  (OPEN)
