AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DURING TAKEOFF OUT OF DCA THERE WAS A VERY STRONG DIRTY, MUSTY, AND OILY SMELL THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE AIRCRAFT. **SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT FOR (AALA202509268985): REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 1 ENGINE.
