AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RIGHT FORWARD SERVICE DOOR DIFFICULT TO ARM AND DISARM, ALSO THE LATCH IS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE.  CLEANED AND LUBED R1 GIRT BAR FITTINGS. PER AMM 25-66-02. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
