AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY TOILET LEAKS ON CLIMB AND DESCENT, SMELLS OF URINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED TOILET ASSEMBLY. PER AMM 38-32-01. LEAK CHECK GOOD AND OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
