AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS IN CEILING IN FIRST CLASS AND MAIN CABINS FLICKER ON AND OFF DURING TAXI, TAKEOFF ROLL, AND LANDING ROLL. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK. PER  AMM 33-51-06.
