AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT LEFT HAND FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT OUTBOARD FLASHLIGHT BRACKET GREEN LIGHT WILL NOT TURN ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLASHLIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET. PER AMM 25-64-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
