AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION ACCESS DOOR OPEN LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED ANNUNCIATOR (AALA202505083345) AND DIMMING (AALA202512025057) MODULE. PER AMM 33-18-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
