AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE FROM ROW 26 DOWN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-51-06. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
