## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLASHLIGHT UNDER JUMPSEAT AT DOOR 4R IS ON AND WON'T TURN OFF.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BATTERY AND STOWED THE FLASHLIGHT PROPERLY IN HOLDER.
