AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FUMES REPORTED IN THE CABIN. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND (ISPS)-INSEAT POWER SUPPLY AT SEAT 15DEF INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED ISPS AT SEAT 15DEF, PER AMM 23-81-05. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED DURING TROUBLESHOOTING. NO ABNORMAL ODORS.
