## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE IN FLIGHT.  DOOR DRAGS ON FLOOR AND STRIKE LATCHES APPEAR TO PROTRUDE TOO FAR.  DOOR CANNOT BE PULLED CLOSED FROM OUTSIDE FLIGHT DECK. MAINTENANCE REPLACE UPPER HINGE HARDWARE IAW AMM 52-51-11.
