AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE EMERGENCY EXIT PATHWAY FLOOR LIGHT AT SEAT 24C IS BROKEN AND HANGING BELOW THE SEAT BOTTOM TRIM, WITH WIRES EXPOSED. REPLACED SHROUD ASSEMBLY BELOW SEAT 24C EMERGENCY EXIT PATHWAY LIGHT. PER AMM 33-51-11.
