AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF ENGINE NUMBER 1 FUEL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  REMOVED AND REPALCED FUEL FILTER ON ENGINE NUMBER 1 FUEL FIRTER. PER AMM 73-11-02.
