AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: DURING CLIMB ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR NOTICE IN FLIGHTDECK AND CABIN. AIRCRAFT AIR INTERRUPTED BACK TO AND LANDED SAFELY AT ORD. ACCOMPLISHED W/C 08L00021001. FOUND NUMBER 2 OVEN OMITTING ELECTRICAL ODOR. REMOVE AND REPLACED OVEN, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO ODOR REMAINING. PER CMM 25-37-26.
