AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: STAB TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER FOUND POPPED ON CLIMB OUT. AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY LANDED SAFELY AT LAX. CHECKED PER FIM 27-41-00-810-805 RESET AFCS STAB TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER, PER  AMM 27-41-00. PERFORMED STAB TRIM GROUND OPS TEST NO FAULT NOTED. STAB TRIM GROUND FUNCTION TEST NORMAL.
