AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LANDING GEAR NOT UPLOCKED AFTER TAKE OFF AROUND 700 FT. FLIGHT CREW FOLLOWED ECAM PROCEDURE & RECYCLED GEAR SUCCESSFULLY. LANDING GEAR DOORS NOT CLOSED ECAM RESET & RECYCLED SUCCESSFULLY PER ECAM. MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR UPLOCK PROXIMITY SENSOR 30GA WAS FAULTING, REPLACED SENSOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK IAW AMM 32-31-73.
