## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED INTO DFW DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING A SLAT / FLAPS FAULT DISPLAYED AND THE SLATS WOULD NOT EXTEND ON APPROACH. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT DFW WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT WING #11 SLAT TRACK ACTUATOR 6041CM TRIPPED AND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ACTUATOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
