## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 17C AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT DETACHED AND DANGLING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT.IAW CMM 25-23-67. OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON SEAT 17C IS GOOD.
