AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FAULT FOR ESCAPE SLIDE LT/EPSU (10WL) FWD L. DISPLAYED ON THE CIDS PANEL DURING SYSTEM TEST. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE L1 DOOR SLIDE PER TASK CARD 26L00025010 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
