AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR JAMS WHEN CLOSED, HAVE TO KICK BOTTOM IN ORDER TO OPEN. LUBRICATED DOOR HINGES AND TIGHTEN LOWER PLATE SCREWS. OPS CHECK GOOD. PER AMM 25-40-00.
