## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DFW DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING THAT ON THE CLIMB, ECAM CAUTION FOR CENTER TANK RIGHT TRANSFER VALVE FAIL DISPLAYED. THE FLIGHT CREW ACCOMPLISHED THE CHECKLIST AND THEN AN ECAM FOR FUEL RIGHT TANK 1 AND 2 LOW PRESSURE DISPLAYED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT DFW WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (OPEN)
