AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 4R DOOR ARM HANDLE NOT GOING INTO FULL DOWN ARM POSITION IN FLIGHT. SLIDE IS SHOWING DISARMED ON ECAM DOOR PAGE. HANDLE WAS IN THE FULL DOWN POSITION AND SHOWING ARMED ON THE DOOR PAGE WHILE ON THE GROUND. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED INSPECTION R4 PASSENGER DOOR REMOVED DEBRIS, CLEANED AND LUBED SLIDE DOOR GIRT BAR PAWLS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK ECAM INDICATION NORMAL AT THIS TIME.
