AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ENGINE OIL QUANTITY AND PRESSURE ISSUE. DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO PHX. FLIGHT DID NOT DECLARE EMERGENCY AND DID NOT LAND OVERWEIGHT. FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO GATE ON OWN POWER.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE PER JOB CARD 72L40071012.
