AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DURNING DESCENT RECEIVED A FUEL IMBALANCE AND CONFIGURATION WARNING; AFTER CENTER TANK WAS EMPTY.   REMOVE AND REPLACED SCAVENGED FLOAT SHUT OFF VALVE ON LEFT WING. PER AMM 28-22-16.
