## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: HOT ELECTRICAL SMELL IN CABIN AROUND ROWS 16-20.  FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT IT WAS STRONGER BY ROW 18. FLIGHT CREW ALSO REPORTED THAT NOTHING WAS PLUGGED IN AND NO HOT PERSONAL DEVICES FOUND. THERE WAS NO OBVIOUS SMOKE NOTED BUT REPORTED AREA TO BE EXTRA WARM IN CABIN. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED WORK CARD 26L00021001 AND REPLACED AVIONICS VENT FILTER. PER AMM 21-26-43.
