## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED UPON FINAL APPROACH INTO CLT DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING THAT THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT SMELLED OIL FUMES. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT CLT AND TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED SMOKE / ODOR / FUME INITIAL TROUBLESHOOTING JOB CARD 26L00021001 AND REPORTED NO FAULTS NOTED AND NO ODORS FOUND WITH ENGINE OR APU BLEED. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY A SPECIFIC PART THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE ODOR REPORTED BY THE FLIGHT CREW.
