AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 1L OUTBOARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT FLASHLIGHT INSTALLED WRONG. UNABLE TO COMPLETE PREFLIGHT CHECK. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND INSTALLED FLASHLIGHT CORRECTLY PER AMM 25-65-00. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
